Staff were friendly, even assisting with late-night check-in without being asked. The kitchen was adequately equipped and clean, offering essential items on request. However, the absence of pots and pans means you need to bring your own for cooking. Additionally, the bedding quality was poor. the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, impacting sleep quality. Overall, the experience was mixed, with some positive points overshadowed by the need for better amenities.

The chocolate muffins at breakfast were a delightful find, and the nearby Yoki Buffet had a ton of tasty options. Our room was clean, and the staff was helpful during our stay with a comfortable bed.

missingWrote a review on Nov 06clean roomsecure parkinghelpful staffuncomfortable bedlimited breakfast
The room had a clean look upon arrival, which is always a plus. Kitchen setup included all the basic appliances that made it easy for cooking. The location felt safe with ample parking available, which gave a sense of security. Staff were helpful when I needed fresh towels. However, there were some downsides. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and I noticed the mattress had some lumps. The shower could use a good cleaning, as I found some stains that made me question its upkeep. The breakfast offered was minimal — just cereal bars and muffins, definitely not enough to start the day right. Additionally, I found the hallways a bit rundown, which took away from the overall experience.

missingWrote a review on Nov 02lack of amenities
The grab-and-go breakfast fell flat, lacking options that more established hotels usually provide. The gym was out of action during my stay, which was disappointing, along with no ice machine available for chilled drinks. Electrical outlets in the room were worn out, making it tricky to keep devices powered without issues. Lastly, cleanliness was an area of concern, especially in the bathroom and on the pull-out couches.

Comfortable stay with minor quirks
The check-in process was seamless, and I appreciated the large room with a full kitchen setup. The nearby restaurants and easy access to the interstate were a significant advantage.
However, I was disappointed to discover that kitchen supplies weren't provided, which was a bit inconvenient for meal prep. Also, the mattress could use an upgrade for better comfort.

Our family loved the spacious Deluxe Studio with Two Double Beds. We made the most of our stay by visiting the delightful Adam Matthews Balloon Festival. The additional blankets and pillows made our nights cozy, which was perfect after a day of fun.
In my wife’s opinion, the kitchen supplies should be provided in the room for families.
